• Sprinkle a few drops onto a pillow or onto a tissue inside a pillow slip. May add aprox 4-7 drops to an oil diffuser with warm water or an electric diffuser. Blend into olive oil and apply to temples or neck and chest or use 5-10 drops into a little milk and then in a warm bath.

• Just a few drops on the pillow to get me to sleep is all I need, although I have used in an oil burner and that is also good. Great stuff to clear your mind and calm down.
